External review summaries
Overall, the sessions focus on helping clients understand why certain colours suit them through detailed explanations and side-by-side draping rather than simply assigning a seasonal palette. Elaine consistently explains colour theory, including concepts such as hue, value and chroma, and many sessions reference her combined use of Western, Japanese and Korean colour analysis approaches. Clients frequently describe the consultations as thorough, with time for questions and personalised guidance covering clothing, jewellery, makeup, hair colours, patterns and, in some cases, face or body styling. Practical recommendations and detailed references help clients shop with more confidence and make more intentional wardrobe choices after the session. The atmosphere is described as relaxed and welcoming, with natural lighting used during the analysis and flexibility shown around scheduling in a few cases. Group, couple and gift sessions also appear to be common options.
