ColorPaletteAnalysis.com helps readers compare color analysts, city guides, appointment formats, and color analysis methods. The site does not process bookings or payments for analyst appointments. Booking links send you to the analyst's own website or booking tool.

Information you submit

The site collects information you choose to send through forms. That may include a studio website, contact details, listing correction requests, audit requests, or messages about an analyst profile.

Analyst audit and contact forms may be handled by Formspree or another form provider. Those providers receive the form fields and basic technical details needed to deliver the message and block spam.

Free AI color analysis (photo uploads)

The free AI color analysis lets you upload two photos of yourself and an email address. The photos and email are collected only to produce a color analysis and to email the result to you. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before uploading.

Uploaded photos are stored encrypted at rest on Cloudflare R2 and are tagged to the email you provide. The photos are processed by OpenAI to generate the analysis. OpenAI acts as a processor for that step, and OpenAI's own usage and privacy policies also apply. Photos are not used to train models by this site and are not shared beyond the providers needed to store the photo and run the analysis.

Once the analysis is completed and emailed to you, the uploaded photos are deleted from storage. The AI color analysis is a non-expert reference, not a professional or medical assessment. This feature is not intended for anyone under 16. The email you provide is used to send your result and may also be used to send occasional related updates; you can unsubscribe from those at any time. You can withdraw consent or request deletion of your photos and email at any time by contacting the site, including before the analysis is sent.

Quiz and search information

The color analysis quiz runs in your browser. It does not require an account, email address, or saved profile. Your quiz answers are used to calculate the result on the page.

Search forms may include the city or phrase you type into the site. That information is used to show relevant directory pages and improve the usefulness of the directory.

Analytics and technical data

The site may collect basic technical data through hosting logs, Google Analytics, and PostHog. This can include pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device type, rough location, IP address, and event data such as form submissions or outbound booking clicks.

This data helps find broken pages, understand which guides are useful, prevent abuse, and improve site performance. It is not used to make sensitive decisions about you.

Cookies

Directory links may send you to analyst websites, Instagram profiles, booking tools, payment providers, maps, or other third-party services. Their privacy policies control what happens on those sites. ColorPaletteAnalysis.com does not control their data practices.

Data retention

Form submissions and related messages are kept as long as needed to respond, manage listings, keep business records, and protect the site. Public analyst listing data may stay published while the listing is active or while the information remains useful for directory accuracy.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit forms, block cookies, leave the quiz without saving anything, and avoid outbound booking links. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you submitted through the site.

Children's privacy

ColorPaletteAnalysis.com is not built for children under 13. The site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
