Download the file before your appointment and save a copy somewhere easy to find. The worksheet is built for Letter and A4 paper.
3. Print or tablet-fill
Print the checklist, or open it on a tablet if you prefer to type notes during the appointment.
If the email does not arrive
Send a note with the email address used at checkout. Include the checkout ID from the URL if one appears on this page. That makes the purchase easier to find.
